Mumtaz Khalid Ismail –Project Manager & Chief Nutritionist

Mumtaz Khalid Ismail is a practicing Nutritionist for the last seventeen years. She has graduated from Aligarh Muslim University and did her post graduation in Foods and Nutrition from Bharathiyar University. She has worked with various prestigious institutions and organizations like Army Medical Corps, Apollo Hospitals Hyderabad, etc. Since that time, she has held positions as an outpatient dietician, clinical nutrition manager and nutrition consultant. She has done original work in developing various types of therapeutic diets and presented papers in various forums. Her nutritional opinions have been published in many of the leading newspapers of India. She is a member of Indian dietetic Association and Nutrition society of India. Presently apart from her clinical practice, she is consultant on nutrition to Krishna hospital Kochi, Sify Ltd, and a regular columnist in the Hindu newspaper and Kanyaka magazine (Mangalam publications). She is a corporate trainer on nutrition. She is the member of board of studies for P. S. G College of arts and science Coimbatore for both under graduates and post graduates.

Dr Anandam Gopinathan – Medical Officer

Dr Anandam Gopinathan is a practicing medical doctor for the last 30 years in India & Middle East. She completed her medical degree from JIPMER Pondicherry. She worked as a Medical Officer in various schools in Dubai handling programs for learning disability, general health & Vaccination program. She also worked with UAE Department of Health & Medical Services. She was also a columnist in “The Khaleej Times”.

Susmitha Thomas – Program Manager – Speech Language Pathology

Susmitha Thomas is a practicing speech language pathologist in India & USA. She earned her Masters & Bachelors in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology from the University of Mangalore She has more than 6 years of experience in working with United States & Indian School System. She worked with normal & special schools. She holds CCC license from American Speech Language & Hearing Association and also having SLP license from California SLP Board. She is also a Hannen Certified Speech Language Pathologist. She is also holding a Speech & Language teaching credential from California Board of Teachers Credentials. She is also a life member of Indian Speech and Hearing Association (ISHA).

Priya James – Manager - Training – Allied Health

Priya James is an experienced speech pathologist in child & geriatric population. She earned her Masters & Bachelors in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology from the University of Mangalore She has more than 9 years of experience in working in India & United States School System. She is also worked as lecturers in MV Shetty College Mangalore & AYJ Hyderabad. She worked with normal & Autism schools. She holds CCC license from American Speech Language & Hearing Association and also having SLP license from California SLP Board. She is also a life member of Indian Speech and Hearing Association (ISHA).

Nitta Mathew – Team Lead - Audiologist

Nitta Mathew is a native of Kerala, India. She earned her Masters in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology from the University of Mangalore. She did her Bachelors of Science in Speech, language and Hearing from the Rajeev Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore. She has rendered her service in the Middle East. Nitta has supervised graduate students in clinical practice and was also a lecturer in National Institute of Speech and Hearing (NISH) and AWH Special College, had also guided paper presentations for clinical conferences at the graduate level. Prior to working with Medvista, Nitta has more than 6 years of experience in diagnosing and treating children and adults with speech, language and hearing disorders. She is a certified member of the Rehabilitation Council of India and also a life member of the Indian Speech and Hearing Association (ISHA).

Jini K Gopinath – Team Lead – Psychology / Educational Therapy

Jini K Gopinath a Clinical Psychologist with more than 4 years of experience in the area of education & healthcare. He holds the MPhil in Clinical Psychology degree from Manipal University and MA in Applied Psychology from Kerala University. He is also a Guest Lecturer at Mahatma Gandhi University, kerala.

Shahab Rahman BDS, MSc,(UK) MFDS RCS Ed Advisor - Dental

Mr. Shahab Rahman has been practising dentistry for the 8 years
working at the National Health Service (NHS) ,U.K.and Mysore,India.
During his 6 year tenure with the NHS he completed the prestigious
post graduate diploma Member of Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) from
the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, U.K and has been a member
of the Royal College since 2007. His areas of expertise are cosmetic
dentistry and implantology. He is currently working in the
Restorative Dentistry at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, NHS Grampian ,
Aberdeen,Scotland and is employed part time in private practise. He is
setting a chain of multi speciality dental clinics in the U.K, Dubai
and India. The clinics will be complemented with a Dental Academy in
association with the best Dental Universities of the world. He is a
qualified Dentist from India and went on to do his MSc in Restorative
Dentistry from the University of Newcastle, U.K.
