Pradeesh Thomas is the is the Co Founder and CEO of AlphaVista Services Inc., a professional Services & Staffing company towards Educational & Health Care. He is instrumental in bringing AlphaVista a USD 3 Million dollar company in 2 years. He is also the co-founder of MedVista HealthCare Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. Prior to AlphaVista Services, he spent a decade at IBM, Hitachi & Cybernet Software Systems Inc. as a Senior Project management consultant & also as a Business Development Manager managing key engagements worldwide. He is also involved in venture funding for new entrepreneurs. He is an engineer by profession.

Capt. Sojan Jose is a Post Graduate in Science and has done his Post Graduate Management Programme from Indian Institute of Management, Indore, one of India's premier management institutes. He is having more than 10 years of diverse & enriching experience in leadership & management roles with The Indian Army as a Commissioned Officer, ICICI Bank Ltd, as a Manager at Regional Profile, Asian Paints Ltd & Arvind Mills Ltd.

Manoj Krishnan is a Post Graduate in Management from Bharatidasan University, Tiruchirapally with close to 15 years of Sales and Marketing experience in multiple verticals like IT solutions, Telecom, ISP and media with reputed companies like HCL Info systems, BPL Mobile, Sify and Asianet Satcom .His last assignment was with Mangalam Daily as Deputy General Manager-Advertisement, where he was heading the marketing activities for Mangalam's business outside Kerala.

Maj. Shiju Thomas is a double Graduate in Philosophy and Management studies from Delhi School of Social Work and XLRI ,Jamshedpur respectively, both are ace Institutes for Social and Management studies. He has got very enriching and diverse experience in leadership roles in Hospitals, NGOs working with street children, education institutions, orphanages & old age homes. He has proven track record in the field of rural development and urban development before joining as a Commissioned Officer in Indian Army.

Mumtaz Khalid Ismail is a practising Nutritionist for the last seventeen years. She has graduated from Aligarh Muslim University and did her post graduation in Foods and Nutrition from Bharathiyar University. She has worked with various prestigious institutions and organizations like Army Medical Corps, Apollo Hospitals Hyderabad etc. Since that time, she has held positions as an outpatient dietician, clinical nutrition manager and nutrition consultant. She has done original work in developing various types of therapeutic diets and presented papers in various forums. Her nutritional opinions have been published in many of the leading newspapers of India. She is a member of Indian dietetic Association and Nutrition society of India. Presently apart from her clinical practice, she is consultant on nutrition to Krishna hospital Kochi, Sify Ltd. and a regular columnist in the Hindu newspaper and Kanyaka magazine (Mangalam publications). She is a corporate trainer on nutrition. She is the member of board of studies for P. S. G. College of arts and science Coimbatore for both under graduates and post graduates.
