Pradeesh Thomas is the is the Co Founder and CEO of AlphaVista Services Inc., a professional Services & Staffing company towards Educational & Health Care. He is instrumental in bringing AlphaVista a USD 3 Million dollar company in 2 years. He is also the co-founder of MedVista HealthCare Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. Prior to AlphaVista Services, he spent a decade at IBM, Hitachi & Cybernet Software Systems Inc. as a Senior Project management consultant & also as a Business Development Manager managing key engagements worldwide. He is also involved in venture funding for new entrepreneurs. He is an engineer by profession.

Capt. Sojan Jose is a Post Graduate in Science and has done his Post Graduate Management
Programme from Indian Institute of Management, Indore, one of India's premier management institutes. He is having more than 12 years of diverse & enriching experience in leadership & management roles with The Indian Army as a Commissioned Officer, ICICI Bank Ltd, as a Manager at Regional Profile, Asian Paints Ltd & Arvind Mills Ltd.

Ganesh is responsible for the overall finances of our organization and aligning our business strategies to Financial/ Corporate governance. He brings over 12 years of experience in Corporate Finance. Prior to joining us, he was heading the finance and legal function for the software products business of CSS-Slash Support Group, a large software company. During his period, the company raised funding from leading VC and PE Firms and he carries rich experience in this field.

Maj Shiju Thomas is a double Graduate in Philosophy and Management studies from Delhi School of Social Work and XLRI, Jamshedpur respectively, both are ace Institutes for Social and Management studies. He has got very enriching and diverse experience in leadership roles in Hospitals, NGOs working with street children, education institutions, orphanages & old age homes.He has proven track record in the field of rural development and urban development before joining as a Commissioned Officer in Indian Army.

Dr. Renjan Roy Mathew, a registered clinical psychologist and a renowned personality in the fields of psychometrics and corporate training. He Heads the R & D department of Medvista and spear headed the conceptualization of various service offerings. He is an M Phil. in Clinical Psychology from KMC, Manipal and holds PhD. from the University of Kerala. Previously he worked for the Sri Lankan Health Ministry and Bethsada Speciality Hospital. He headed the development of various software programmes aimed at automating test administration, scoring, analyses and report generation of numerous psychometric programmes. He is empanelled with All India Radio and various other visual-media channels for expert talks. He has several scientific papers and publications to his credits at the National and International level.

James Joseph is a renowned academician and administrator, with vast experience in the field of education and career development spanning 30 years. He started his career as a lecturer and held positions in various Govt bodies like Director of higher education, Director, State Institute of Educational Management and Training, Director, State Council for Educational Research and Training. He was the controller of examination & Director of HRD centre at Kerala University and held the appointment of National Vice President, COBSE.
