Thomas while inaugurating a seminar on Learning Disabilities jointly organized by the Rotary Club of Kottayam and MedVista Healthcare Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. on Aug 1, 2008 at Kottayam. Experts who spoke on the occasion pointed out that assessment of the physical and cognitive development of children for their age appropriateness at the initial stage of growth is very crucial.
The seminar was attended by School Principals, teachers, doctors and special educators.
